The CMD Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (NAUTH), Dr. Joseph Ugboaja, celebrates the Institution’s women on the occasion of International Women’s Day

Dr. Ugboaja, an adherent of gender equality, has made uplifting women one of the centerpieces of his administration strategy.

The CMD is determined to tap from the rich pool of talented women to help advance the rapid development of the permanent site to fit the vision he laid out for the hospital.

Dr. Ugboaja said: “as we celebrate this year’s International Women’s Day, let me take the pleasure to appreciate all the women in our lives for the great job they are doing.
“I give special kudos to the gallant women of NAUTH who are at the forefront of our efforts and quest to build a new NAUTH with a new narrative.

“I pray the almighty God to continue to bless and prosper all of you. Your happiness and welfare remain my administration’s mainstay.
