The Governor of Anambra State will today at Nnewi High School, declare the second leg of the Nigeria Beach Soccer Tournament open.
The ceremony will witness an array of traditional performances to entertain players and dignitaries all over Nigeria.
President of Nigeria Beach Soccer, Hadeja, and his officials had arrived in Anambra State several days ahead of time to ensure that the players’ and officials’ welfare was in order.
Anambra State, the host, under the leadership of Professor Victor Madubuko did not spare any expense to ensure the comfort of the players and officials visiting from different states.
Professor Madubuko intimated to the press that beach soccer is not only a sporting event but an opportunity to promote and share our culture with the rest of Nigeria and the world.
He calls on all to come out and enjoy with their families.
