P-Square’s Rudeboy Cleared By EFCC, Reveals Music As Source Of Wealth


Famous Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy of the P-Square duo, has opened up about his source of wealth following his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).

Rudeboy and his elder brother, Jude Okoye, were recently apprehended by the anti-graft agency, raising questions about their financial dealings.

After his release, Rudeboy took to his Instagram story to address the situation and clarify that he is not a thief. The singer revealed that his primary source of income is his successful music career. “Eagle eyes, all cleared. I no thief ohh. Na just good music de pay,” he wrote, accompanied by the EFCC eagle logo.

Rudeboy’s statement comes as a relief to his fans, who were concerned about the allegations surrounding his arrest. The singer’s music, both as a solo artist and as part of the popular duo P-Square, has garnered a massive following in Nigeria and across Africa. His hit songs have consistently topped charts and earned him numerous awards and accolades.

Looking forward, Rudeboy assured his fans that he is ready to get back to creating music. He hinted at the release of new music next week, stating, “Now let’s get back to the music next week!! New music!! Vitamin D.”
