The Transition Committee Chairman of Nnewi North LGA , Anambra State, Engr. Chris Obiorah (KSJI), has lamented the calamitous loss of Sen. IFEANYI UBAH, a tragedy that has ravaged Nnewi North, Anambra State, and Nigeria to its very foundations.
Engr. Obiorah described the sudden demise of Senator Ubah as a cataclysmic blow, a shocking and inexplicable tragedy that has claimed the life of a visionary leader in his prime.

“I am utterly shattered by the untimely transition of Sen. IFEANYI UBAH at the tender age of 52. He was a dear brother, a stalwart, and a colossus who has left an indelible mark on our great nation. Nnewi has lost a radiant star, a beacon of hope, and a champion of the people.”

Engr. Obiorah further eulogized Sen. UBAH as a courageous and astute leader who conquered the business world with his exceptional acumen and rose to the pinnacle of the Oil and Gas Sector before venturing into politics, where he displayed his profound knowledge and unwavering dedication.

He highlighted Sen. UBAH’s unrelenting passion for empowering the vulnerable, his philanthropic gestures, and his magnanimity towards his constituents, which knew no bounds. Engr. Obiorah lamented that Sen. UBAH’s demise has come at a critical juncture in Nigeria’s history, when his fearless leadership and unwavering commitment to the people were needed most.

Nevertheless, he consoled the UBAH family, Ndi Nnewi North, the entire ANAMBRA SOUTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT, Nigerians, and all those whose lives were touched by Sen. UBAH’s remarkable legacy to find solace in the divine providence that gives and takes life.
