…receives award of excellence from National Youth Council of Nigeria

Ikemba Nnobi, a diaspora-based Anambra State born philanthropist, High Chief Emeka Hamilton Ezeonu has advised the youth to imbibe the virtue of hard work and shun seeking calamitous shortcuts to success.
Chief Ezeonu gave the advice when he received members of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Anambra state chapter at his Boulevard in Nnobi, Idemili South council area of the state.
According to Ikemba Nnobi, his philanthropic gesture was borne out of his passion for new innovations and a better society.
While addressing members of the Youth body, said that he doesn’t yearn for an award whenever he does something for the people because he observed that some Nigerians are yearning so much for award whenever they done little things for their communities.
He emphasized on the importance of honesty and dedication among the youths which he said, that some wealthy men are seeking for honest people to work together with.
He charged the National youth members to put their effort in whatever they are doing and equip themselves and be ready to embrace future skills in technology that would enable them to achieved their desire goals.
Chief Ezeonu equally commended the youth members for the visit and assured them of possible collaboration. In his words; “I’m a believer in working together to bring about change which is something that can last for forever”.
Earlier, the Idemili South coordinator of National youth Council of Nigeria, Chinenye Mbah, said the visit was to appreciate the good works of Ikemba Nnobi for his philanthropic gesture and magnanimity.
She disclosed that the coordinators of the youth body, were drawn across the 21 Local Government Areas of the state.
The Apex youth body, however, bestowed on High Chief Emeka Ezeonu an award of Excellence for Outstanding Humanitarian on Community Support, Clean Water Provision, Empowerment and Community Health Enhancement.
