A councilorship candidate, under the platform of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in just concluded Chairmanship election, Hon Prince Ogueke Nwafor Orizu has called on the people of Anambra State to support the Governor Soludo’s new security initiative, Operation Udo Ga-Achi, aimed at restoring security and putting an end to all criminal activities across
the State.
While addressing Newsmen on Thursday, 13th of February, 2025 in his residence at Otolo, Nnewi, he linked all the criminal activities across the state to native doctors who according to him make charms for perpetrators.
He commended Governor Soludo for signing Anambra Homeland Security Law adding that this has helped to checkmate criminals in the State.
He advised those criminals to leave the state completely or turn a new leaf adding that they would no longer operate freely now without being caught.
Ogueke said as a member of PDP, he strongly support Soludo because he has proven to have the interest of the good people of Anambra State at heart.
He thanked the governor and all the people behind the new security initiative and prayed that God would continue to give them more strength to fight insecurity in the state.
Ogueke showed his disapproval on how his people mixed community leadership with politics.
He disclosed community leaders should be neutral, not to join any political party adding that neutrality would help them to perform well without being biased.
