
The Commissioner of Police CP Ikioye Orutugu, fwc MNIPS PhD, acknowledging the grief of the family of the late three children found in a fridge at Nnewi has granted the request of the bereaved family to bury their children. He assured the family of swift Police action when necessary, pending the outcome of the medical findings to complete the ongoing investigation.

The CP further stated that the Command is working diligently to unravel the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking incident.
Given the above the Command wishes to state that the details of the investigation are still incomplete and urged Ndi Anambra and all concerned to be patient and seeks continuous cooperation from the Community/Area to provide justice for the victims and their families.
