The family of Dr Festus Arinze, husband to Mrs Chidi Arinze (nee Ileka), along with his kindred and friends paid a condolence visit to the in-laws in a grand style, at Akaboezem, Uruagu, Nnewi.
Mrs Chidi Arinze is the baby sister of Hon Kenneth Ileka, who was called to the Lord in August 2024. Hon Ileka was a very accomplished man in every ramification. He excelled in sports, academics, and politics, where he was elected into old Anambra State of Assembly.
Above all, Hon Kenneth Chukwuemeka Ileka was a peaceful man who eschewed rancorous atmosphere. For that and many more virtue he possessed, Dr Arinze in company of his family, kindred, and friends honored his brother inlaw in a grand and qualitative style.
The children of the late Hon Ileka were indeed appreciative for the full participation of Dr Arinze, friends, and family played through out the course of giving their father the type of funeral he deserved.
Among some friends who accompanied Dr Arinze to the funeral ceremony were Ik Nwosu, Ezeakukwu Emmanuel Nsoedo, etc.
