Anambra 2025: APC standard bearer, Prince Ukachukwu inaugurates campagn council

Ahead the November 8, Anambra State governorship election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag bearer, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu has inaugurated his campaign council.

Prince Ukachukwu popularly called Ikukuoma inaugurated the campaign council during an enlarged stakeholders meeting which held at Radison Hotels, Awka on Friday.

Polling units campaign council, ward campaign council and LGAs campaign council were inaugurated at the occasion.

Speaking with journalists at the end of the stakeholders meeting, Prince Ukachukwu said that the stakeholders’ meeting was meant to review the August 16th Anambra South senatorial bye-election.

He said that the lapses and disappointments and the challenges that came with the senatorial bye-election we looked into.

Ikukuoma pointed out that the meeting also discuss, harmonize and approve local government campaign council, Ward campaign council and polling units campaign council.

“We decided to have 30-man campaign council at the polling booths, 25 people at the campaign council and 25 man council also at local government area. At the State, we will form a mega council.

“We also reviewed our campaign efforts so far at the meeting, and then all the visitations we will be embarking upon,. such as the children visitations and sundry visitations and then reviewed the previous elections and see our challenges and strength.

“We have overcome the challenges of intimidation by non state actors witnessed on August 16th as well as well as APGA’s manipulation of results, and other things that happened during the senatorial bye-election, we will ensure that such doesn’t happen again,” he said.

The APC governorship candidate however said that after assessing the performance of APC faithful, they are doing good.
