The Director General (DG) of Ikukuoma/Iyom Campaign Council, Chief Dozie Ikedife(Jnr) on Friday said that the deceitful government of Gov Charles Soludo would be shown the way out on November 8.
Chief Ikedife during an interactive session with journalists said that Prof. Chukwuma Soludo in the recent time has been jumping from one controversy to another trying to build sentiment around the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates, Rt Hon. Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu and Sen. Iyom Uche Ekwunife.
The DG Ikukuoma/Iyom Campaign Council pointed out that the controversies are not just to heat up the polity but Gov Soludo’s deceitful commando to distract Ndi Anambra attention from his colossal failure for the past three and half years.
“Prof. Soludo in the past 3 years has been engaging in fictitious projects playing on the intelligence of Anambra People. He has been so bold in his cluelessness that people around the world are asking question, “where are the elites in Anambra State?”
“Has Ndi Anambra that produced both educational and political icons like; Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Nwafor Orizu, Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Alex Ekwueme, Chuba Okadigbo and all the host of others become so intimidated and fearful?
“Ndi Anambra; where is the millions of Palm seedlings, the kolanut seedlings coconut seedlings and other seedlings that Soludo has claimed to had imported with Ndi Anambra hard earned billions of naira?
“Why the grave silence from Anambra elites despite the glaring evidence that the program was a deceit to siphon Anambra’s money?
“Anambra State has not less than four higher institutions of learning, with more than sixty percent of the academicians as Ndi Anambra.
“Where are the Professors and P.hD holders from these schools? Where are the market men and women, the captains of industries whose taxes are being used by Prof. Soludo as cult money?
“Prof. Soludo: This is over 3 years; where is the palm trees, the kolanut trees and coconut trees in Ndi Anambra’s Homes?
“Do you use the money to import infested seedlings or the professor used the program to launder our money abroad? Ndi Anambra another election is coming, on 8th November, 2025.” Chief Ikedife said.
He expressed dismay that Soludo has for once rendered account of his stewardship in his over three years in office noting that rather than doing the needful, the clueless Professor has been generating controversies to distract attentions of Ndi-Anambra.
“Ndi Anambra are so intelligent, so progressive and sophisticated to be swayed by this your deceitful campaign.
The propaganda that looting is normal among Nigeria politicians and other state governors are doing the same thing in Nigeria is a sign of cowardice which is alien to the egalitarian, courageous and high spirited nature of Ndi Anambra.
“We are the Light of the Nation, we set the Pace while others follow. Ndi Anambra should remove sentiment, Soludo has broken it, and we must join hands to fix our state.
“If we are being mindful of ridiculing our brother, but we must be bold to vote him out to serve as a deterrent to coming governors.
“Anambra belong to all of us and no single individual should arrogantly claim to be more Anambra than others. All Progressive Congress (APC) (Ikukuoma/Iyom) will fix Anambra state.” Chief Ikedife insisted.
He noted that if Prof Soludo could be such bold in deceit in his first tenure in office, Ndi Anambra will face a harder deceit if allowed the second time.
The Ikukuoma/Iyom Campaign DG appealed to Ndi-Anambra to join hands to fix Anambra where every Onye Anambra is respected for who he or she is which he pointed can be achieved by voting for APC, and Ikukuoma /Iyom on November 8, 2025.
