Anambra Guber: Non indigenes endorse Gov Soludo’s reelection bid

Non indigenes under the umbrella name of Association of Non-Indegenes Welfare In Anambra State have endorsed the reelection bid of the incumbent Governor, Prof Charles Soludo.

The non indigenes in the state actually carried out an endorsement rally for Gov Soludo in well attended program which held at International Convention Center (ICC) Awka.

The ICC venue of the rally was filled to capacity as non indigenes from the twenty one council areas and three hundred and twenty six political wards that constitute the State trooped out for the event.

President/ Leader Association of Non-Indigenes Welfare in Anambra State (ANISA/ANIAS) said that his group has members in the five thousand, seven hundred and twenty polling units in State.

Chief Ugwuoke said that the non indigenes in all the polling units would be mobilized for Gov Charles Soludo’s reelection bid because they have seen more why the incumbent must be reelected.

“All non indigenes in Anambra State have decided to align with the governorship of Prof Charles Soludo because one good turn deserves another. Gov Soludo’s approach to governance is worthy of emulation.

“For every reason, Gov Soludo has all it takes to move Anambra State forward, he has started that already as he positively impacted all the sectors in just three years in office.

“The administration of Gov Soludo is masses friendly as the programs and projects are aimed at empowerment of the downtrodden, the free education from primary to secondary school is a welcomed development.

“I must also let you know that there is free anti-natal and delivery for pregnant women in Anambra State, 1 youth 2 skills program is also there to make the youths useful, in all these, the non indigenes are not in way discriminated against,” Chief Ugwuoke stressed.

The President and Leader of non indigenes in Anambra State said with certainty that the incumbent governor who is already doing great will continue to do well in his second term in office.

“Leadership runs in Gov Soludo’s nature, and his blood, that’s why we all come out enmass to endorse him for second tenure in the November 8 governorship election, the cross of making him victorious in the guber polls is ours and we have decided to do that with relish,” He concluded.

In his speech, Gov Soludo applauded the non indigenes for standing out to be counted in an important issue as governorship election.

He recalled that he grew up in Ebonyi State and also have quality friends across the geopolitical zones in the country.

Gov Soludo assured the non indigenes and the entire people of the State that he would continue with the tempo of moving Anambra State to a greater height in his second term noting that the beauty of puddy is in the eating.
