United Nigeria Airlines (UNA) has officially welcomed Professor Madubuko Tochukwu Victor as a Director on its Board, effective January 1, 2026, reinforcing the airline’s commitment to robust corporate governance and strategic expansion.
The appointment, ratified at UNA’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 30, 2025, marks a pivotal step in strengthening the airline’s leadership team and aligning its corporate governance with its ambitious growth plans.
Prof. Madubuko brings over 20 years of global experience spanning entrepreneurship, international business, education, and public service. He is the CEO of Chilanna Holdings LLC in Miami, Chairman of The Moonshine Contractors Limited, and Managing Partner of CareerNation, a U.S.-based human capital consulting firm operating across multiple states.
An accomplished scholar and certified professional, Prof. Madubuko holds a Master’s degree in Management from The New School, New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He is also recognized as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Registered Organization Development Consultant, offering UNA significant expertise in leadership, organizational development, and international business strategy.
UNA Management highlighted the strategic importance of the appointment, stating:
