Protocols.
We the members of the Ward-2-Wards structure of the People’s Democratic Party in Nigeria, wishes to commend our Leaders across the 774 LGAs, 8,806 Ward, 176,974 polling units who have kept faith with the party since the 2023 presidential campaign began; particularly, our Party PDP presidential Candidate and the incoming President hopefully, His Excellency, Atiku Abubakar, GCFR. for his commitment and tenacity in rebuilding the party, and the hope of reclaiming the stolen Mandate of the Nigerian masses who voted for him and our party.
We praise his efforts thus far which have added lots of Hope and beliefs to our nascent democracy in Nigeria.
We must also give the highest regards and cognition to the United States judiciary and it’s transparent system which has never been bought by any highest Bidder in world’s history, as we could see their transparent ways regarding our Candidate’s appeal for the Court in the US to compel the Chicago State University to releasing the true certificate of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which he alleged to have acquired from the institution. To us, we could conclude that the US Judicial System, is the bastion of World Democracy, holding the true values of transparent legal interpretations for all parties involved, whether they be low or high; first or second class Citizens.
Their judiciary remains the last hope of the common Man!
It is in this light, that we call on our Nigeria’s Judicial system, to emulate that of the US’ to remain the epitome of law, legalities and maintain or uphold the sovereignty of our nation and the loyalty to our Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We observes with dismay, how our electoral system and practices, always tend to seek judicial interpretations even when the constitutional frameworks of the electoral laws are clear with vivid interpretations.
Our hope is stronger as we believe that no matter how justice was denied or misdelivered at the lower cadre of our Courts, the Supreme Court, as the name implies, shall and should ensure that the Status quo of the Constitution is maintained with maximum honour and respect to same; this we say as we have no two Constitutons in Nigeria, but one, and we have no two Supreme interpretations of same, except the Apex Court of our nation.
We are hopeful that not only that the Judiciary shall reclaim it’s integrity, but that it will give hope to our democracy and sovereignty as a nation again, by removing the glared evil Judicial impediment that uphold the fraudulent victory of PBAT from the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and sack him from that Office as the Number One Citizen of Nigeria, as the Office requires one with public integrity and profile, which the current occupant lacks!
We urge all our party faithfuls to continue to believe in the Judiciary; give solidarity to our Leader and presidential hopeful, Atiku Abubakar who is committed to repositioning Nigeria as one of the best democratic nations in the Committee of Nations.

Despite the weak judicial system, now the evidence on ground is enough to remove the desperate power monger and his allies from the stinking grip of the reigns of power.
