A Nigerian Canadian Dr. Ako Ufodike, has been appointed the Deputy Minister in charge of trade, immigration, and multiculturalism in Alberta, Canada.

Dr. Ufodike’s appointment is being celebrated among African communities, especially the Nigerian diaspora.
