The governorship candidate of Action Alliance (AA) in the November 8 Anambra guber election, on Thursday declared that he would usher in a new era in the state if he emerges victorious at the polls.
Ozo Nweke stated in a special political program which held at Marble Arch Hotels, Awka tagged ” “Meet Jeff”,
He said as a matter fact that succeeding administrations in the state have always make it their habit to abandon the people of the state immediately after emerging victorious at the polls.
Ozo Nweke who expressed gratitude to the teeming crowd who gathered for program said that he would not take their support for granted.
He promised that he would structurally restructure everything about the state to ensure that Ndi-Anambra are the real winners in his administration.
The AA guber hopeful said that the generality of Ndi-Anambra will be considered first in his administration.noting that his government will never relegate the people who voted for them to the background.
Ozo Nweke assured Ndi-Anambra of top notch security, quality education, quality infrastructure, concrete human empowerment, buoyant and stable economy, functional judicial system.
“The security put in place at the moment is used to witch-hunt the people they are meant to protect, we will restructure the security apparatus of the state to make it proactive and people friendly,” he said.
The Action Alliance Anambra South senatorial candidate, Chijioke Onyeponwu said that Ozo Jeff Nweke’s administration will bring great happiness to the greater number of people.
“Not fair that Awka has not produced the governor of the state since the town became the state capital. Thanks be to God that we have a champion in the person of Ozo Jeff Nweke who can lead the movement.
“Ozo Jeff Nweke has the capacity to wipe tears off the face of Ndi-Anambra who have been groaning under the administration of the day,” he said.
He appealed to Ndi-Anambra in general to come out en-mass on November 8 and vote for the AA guber candidate.
The Hausa and Yoruba community represented by Alhaji Hussein Sani and Chief Kehinde Alade respectively also endorsed the candidature of Ozo Nweke.
The duo said that the Hausa and Yoruba communities are endorsing the AA guber candidate because of his immense contributions to the foreign elements in the State.
Women of Awka South rural community through their spokesperson, Mrs Joy Ngonadi were also not left out as they also declared their support for Ozo Nweke.
Many communities, societies and groups across the three senatorial zones came out boldly to endorse Ozo Jeff Nweke’s to take over rein of governance after the November 8 guber polls.
