Gov Charles Soludo’s reelection bid again got a boost as Soludo Grassroot Warriors Initiative (SGWI) on Sunday held crucial meeting to strategize on massive victory for him.
The meeting which held in Awka, the State Capital saw the twenty one local government areas coordinators putting heads together to plot an overwhelming victory for the incumbent.

The Convener of SGWI, Hon Rogers Orjiewulu while speaking during the meeting described the composition of the group’s LGA coordinators and other stakeholders as political machinery that is ready to crush opposition.
Hon Orjiewulu applauded the LGA coordinators, the stakeholders and the entire members of SGWI for their faith in the administration of Gov Charles Soludo which he noted has outperformed all his predecessors in just three years in office.
He pointed out that the incumbent governor, Prof Soludo has done so well to the point that, he has been accorded the title of Olu-Atuegwu by the traditional rulers of the three senatorial zones in Anambra State.
The title “Olu-Atuegwu” according to the SGWI boss symbolizes the pragmatic governance occasioned in Anambra State by renowned Prof of Economics.
Hon Orjiewulu said as a matter of fact that the reward for hard work is more work noting that since the incumbent governor has done so well in his first term, it is only normal for Ndi-Anambra to graciously support him for second term.
“The axiom that you don’t change a winning team will for ever remain constant, Gov Soludo has Distinguished himself as a Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). He played a pivotal role in the stabilization of the banking sector which all Nigerians are enjoying today.
“The position of Governor of a State especially a.sophisticated State, like Anambra can not gamble with who becomes the governor, most of the persons contesting against the incumbent are non starters,” he stressed.
Hon Orjiewulu who hit hard on Gov Soludo’s opponents said that the Ndi-Anambra cannot afford to have Learners take over the governance of their beloved State.
The SGWI boss said emphatically that with what his group is doing in the twenty one council areas of the State, Gov Soludo would have emerged victorious before noon on November 8.
