The Archbishop of Onitsha, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke, has sent a strong-worded letter decrying the teachings of Fr. Magnus Ebere SBV as illegal since the Diocese was never made away of his activities at Nnobi.
The Catholic Church in Igbo land was thoroughly embarrassed by his utterances at joining issues with the suspended bigoted priest from Lagos.
The Archbishop warned that the Catholic Church does not engage in any form of discrimination against any ethnicity, and it is undoubtedly the position of Catholics in Igbo land.
He warned the Catholic faithful to desist from the Ministry, and who so chooses to go there is doing so at his own risk.

February 20, 2022 at 5:11 pmHe may have made the utterance out of ignorance. I suggest he settles with the Archbishop. I don’t know him personally but I have heard of his ministry once or twice. If his ministry adheres to the catholic guidelines and does not pose a danger to the Christian faith, he should be given a second chance. My humble opinion.
