The feud between the Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki, and his Deputy, Philip Shaibu, may soon end if the governor accepts Shaibu’s pleading for forgiveness.
Shaibu who was addressing a press conference at his residence at the time of this report, pleaded with his principal to overlook their political differences and find a place in his heart to forgive him.
Recall that the Deputy Governor was on Monday officially relocated from his former office in the Government House to the newly allocated office on No 7, Dennis Osadebey Avenue, Benin City, a few metres from the Government House.
