The CENTRE FOR REFORM AND PUBLIC ADVOCACY, Citizens’ Complaints Centre, Abuja, has granted to Prof Ugboaja, the Chief Medical Director of NAUTH, ‘Exemplary Leadership Award’ in recognition of his unique sound leadership skills, which he had brought to bear in piloting the affairs of the Teaching hospital.
The CENTRE has gone through a sustained period of vetting the credentials of Prof Ugboaja vis a vis his unprecedented record-breaking achievement at the NAUTH, Nnewi.
The CENTRE recognizes, in totality, Prof Ugboaja’s disposition to erect physical structures and his ability to develop human capital to superintend over the institution in harmony. It was for that quality that they characterized the CMD as an ‘Administrator Par Excellence,’ and, thus, the ‘Exemplary Leadership Award.’
