This is to inform the general public that I, formerly known as Chinenye Egwu of Uruagu, Nnewi, wish to be known and addressed as Chinenye Okonkwo. Henceforth, all my dealings, including official documents, banking activities, etc, should be changed to Chinenye Okonkwo.
