Christmas: Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation splashes N1m on widows, widowers

As a way of putting smile on the faces of widows and widowers in Nnewi, Anambra State, Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation has splashed one million Naira on them.

The money would be given to beneficiaries who have been carefully selected from the four quarters of Nnewi.

The beneficiaries of the philanthropic Foundation are fifty selected widows and widowers from Otolo, Uruagu, Umudim and Nnewichi quarters of Nnewi.

The Founder of the group, Mr Nicholas Nsoedo (Omepuruchukwu Anaedo) while speaking with journalists pointed out that it is in the spirit of Christmas to remember the widows and widowers.

Omepuruchukwu Anaedo pointed out that the recipients of the Christmas gift will are from Obiuno Udide Otolo-Nnewi, Otolo, Uruagu, Umudim, and Nnewichi.

Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation has ‘Humanity is our Religion’ as her motto.

The Fundation is a charity platform created by Mr Nicholas echezona Nsoedo (omepuruchukwu Anedo) of Egbu Umuenem Otolo-Nnewi, Nnewi, Anambra State Nigeria.

Mr Nsoedo is and has always been a generous and accommodating individual in South African for decades, whose track records has seen him assist so many people from various works of life.

Such assistance includes but not limited to providing, shelter, financial aid and providing enabling environment for individuals to excel in work and business opportunities.

The Omepuruchukwu Charity Fundation aim is to bring like minds together in platform that will act as a vehicle in promoting, projecting and providing help and assistance in our societies especially for less privileged.

The Foundation is not political, partisan or governmental. It is purely for charitable purposes.

The Omepuruchukwu Fundation will always extend her hands of friendship and comradeship to members of the society irrespective of beliefs, values, norms, race, tribe, religion, background.

A beneficiary who spoke on behalf of herself and others thanked Mr Nicholas Nsoedo for his philantropic gesture which she said would go a long way in alleviating their sufferings at Christmas.

She prayed for abundance of God’s blessing on Omepuruchukwu Anaedo and all the members of his group who remembered the widows and widowers.
