Hon Onyebuchi Okpala applauds Gov Soludo over signature projects

The Anambra State governor, Prof Charles Soludo has been applauded for the signature projects he embarked upon since he assumed office.

The founder of Ike Agulu Movement, Hon Onyebuchi James Okpala made the commendation in a press release made available to journalists yesterday.

He particularly applauded Gov Soludo on the dualization and construction of Nwagu Agulu to Nnobi to Nnewi Road, spanning 18.6km, awarded to Lebtech Constructions Ltd at #33.557 billion with a 12-month project timeline.

Hon. Okpala noted that such signature and legacy road project, when completed, will enhance quality transportation network, improves marketing and local businesses, and promotes economic growth and stability in the state.

The founder of Ike Agulu Movement described the governor’s several prior interventions in infrastructural sector as a welcome development and topnotch.

He maintained that such initiative is geared towards ensuring a significant improvement in the quality of life for Anambra State residents which according to him is in line with his vision of transforming the state into an African version of Taiwan-Dubai, and in becoming a livable, serene and secure state.

Hon. Okpala revealed that among many recent unequal achievements, in a decisive move to tackle insecurity, unemployment, cultism, corruption, and poverty, Gov. Soludo trained and empowered no less than 50,000 youths on various skills, provides adequate intelligence and equipments to confront security issues, and improved regenerative system of Agriculture to reduce hunger and poverty.

The founder of Ike Agulu Movement has however charged the affected communities to show solidarity to the government and partner in various areas of its management and sustainability.
