The leading aspirant for Anambra South Senatorial seat, Hon Pat Ubajaka has commended the Anambra State Governor for the integrated security system he has deployed to confront head on the criminality that had spilled into Anambra State from neighboring states in alarming manner.
While addressing a group of press men, Sir Pat Ubajaka noted that “as successful as Anambra State is, that with the pervading criminality that was with us before our Governor confronted the menace, it would have put a death nail on our economy.”
“Anambra State needs a conducive atmosphere for commerce and industry and other service industries that we are known for to thrive,” he continued.
Hon Ubajaka opined “that without adequate security, no sane expatriate or investors would want to visit the state for business.
“This is why the grassroots effort to document every Dick and Harry from kindred level gave rise to the mass exodus of the criminals in Anambra State, in addition to the arrest of dubious native doctors that facilitate their activities.”
Sir Ubajaka called on everyone not to relent because the fight against criminality does not belong to the Governor alone. He admonish everybody to be proactive “if you see something, say something,” Hon Ubajaka advised.
