Prince Samben Nwosu, an aspirant in the forthcoming Anambra South Senatorial Election has paid a consultive visit to Council of Knights, Nnewi Diocese in Abuja.
The visit on Tuesday Evening which collided with the special dinner of the Council, was in furtherance to the various consultations Prince Samben has undertaken in securing the support of the people Anambra South Senatorial District in the next National Assembly elections, next month.
According to the President of the Council of knights, Nnewi Diocese, Abuja Chapter, Engr. Sir. Godwin Ejezie, who welcomed his ambition. Stating that this was their project.
He confidentially stated that Samben Nwosu remained experienced politician and possessed diverse ideas and sagacity to replace the vacuum created by the demise of Ifeanyi Ubah.
“I trust his capacity. He is very well prepared for the job and also one of us. We can only advise Samben to continue putting God first, when finally he is elected to serve the people as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”, He said.
In a follow up speech by an Elder in the council, Arch. Sir. Kenneth Momah, who also admonished Prince Nwosu to be careful in choosing political party platform, pointing out that a certain platform could denigrate his high growing popularity in the contest.
Prince Samben Nwosu who spoke thanked the Council of knights for what he described as a huge boaster towards bringing hope to the people of Anambra South Senatorial District.
According to him, All hope was not lost after the demise of Ifeanyi Ubah, our brother. He further promised to ensure that he would represent the zone better, Nwosu ended his speech by assuring them of his esteemed adoption of all their brotherly counsels in other to achieve great Anambra South, they all need.
