The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is currently in an emergency meeting over the resignation of seven national officers of the party.
The party chieftains in different letters addressed to the National Secretary of the party on Tuesday alleged being sidelined and unfairly treated by the national chairman, Prince Uche Secondus.
Sources, however, told LEADERSHIP that the mass resignation was part of the clamour for leadership change in the party.
