Kenneth Maduako Group hosts friends, management and staff of KMG at Grand Seasons Hotel Nnewi

On Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KM Group of companies, Ichie Kenneth Maduakor with his family, held a day of Thanksgiving and Entertainment for his entire staff, associates, and friends of the group’s CEO.

It was a day dedicated by Ichie Maduakor to lead his staff and friends in thanksgiving to God for his faithfulness, protection, and guidance in all they have been doing. It was a day of renewal and praise as they set to make a great success for the year 2025.

Following the service at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Abubor Nnewichi, Nnewi, the teeming crop of workers and friends moved down to Grand Seasons Hotel, Nnewi to fété them. The staff strength present at the reception was about 400 in number.

Ichie Maduakor is a big force in the breweries business in Nigeria, primarily in International Breweries and Nigeria Breweries. He is also a major player in oil and gas business with strings of filling stations across the state.

There was no dull moment at the reception, where Ichie Maduakor impacted his staff with motivational speech towards achieving great success for themselves. He was absolutely sure that no one who had worked honestly can ever go unrewarded both by man and God.

Ichie Maduakor, with members of his family, set up multiple prices through dancing and singing competitions between the staff. In addition to the various cash and gift awards, it was also a day to recognize the staff who excelled in various categories.
The management and staff were entertained sumptuously with well-catered cuisine and continuous supply of drinks.

Vision Newspapers asked Ichie Maduakor what the philosophy behind the grand party was. He responded that it is a way of bonding with his staff, who he considers members of his family. It is an opportunity for his staff from various branches to come together and know each other. He considers the money invested in this celebration as worth it. “I am most happy when we get together like this, and everyone is having fun as you can see,” Ichie Maduakor said.
