The Moonshine Residence, an apartment hotel in Nnewi urban town, was formally declared open for business by HRH Igwe KON Orizu III, the traditional ruler of Nnewi. Obi Umudim, Obi Bennett Okafor (Amaukwu) was on hand to witness the official opening with other dignitaries.
Moonshine residence represents the concept of “Aku-luo-uno”, which translates to investing well and empowering the benefitting community and beyond.
There is an emotional attachment to the name of the apartment hotel, which is dedicated to the memory of the late Chief Patrick Madubuko, the father of the Moonshine residence proprietor, who once had a hotel named Moonshine at Onitsha.
