Pastor Howard Raymond Senior Pastor living fountain worship center Onitsha has appealed to Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) to relax and calmly face his trial in his ongoing trial at the Abuja high court presided over by Justice Binta Nyako noting that everybody including top men of God in the world are praying fervently for him to be vindicated at the end adding that God will vindicate him at last.

Speaking to newsmen, on the heel of the recent altercations between Nnamdi Kanu and his trial judge Justice Binta Nyako in the open court during his last open court trial in Abuja, Pastor Raymond said that Nnamdi Kanu should calm down, avoid hot temperament so that he won’t play into the hands of his enemies adding that everybody who believes in sound justice of God are praying fervently asking God to intervene and exposed injustice and set him free.
Turning to the Federal Government who is prosecuting Nnamdi Kanu, he said that he is wondering what they want to achieve in prosecuting and conviction of Nnamdi Kanu. He suggested that the case be handled like that of biblical Pontius Pilate and be discontinued for Nnamdi Kanu to go home for peace to reign.

Said he “it is high time the Federal Government drop this matter of Nnamdi Kanu, they should let the sleeping dog to die, to me I don’t know what they want to achieve by their continuous prosecution of Kanu, they should drop the charge and allow him to go home and let peace reign. They should stop creating these unnecessary tension and overheating of everywhere in the country, let them know that enough is enough”.
Commenting on the rising hardships in the country, he blamed it on the country leadership as well as on most Nigerian’s elites stressing that most Nigerians especially the elites and country leaders are selfish, unpatriotic and are only interested in what they will gain rather than how to build the country as they are only preoccupied on looting the country wealth to save it in abroad thereby rendering our country comatose developmentally.
Lamenting these unfortunate developments, he stated that the only solution to these endemic problems is for all Nigerians to go back to God and ask for forgiveness as well as ask God for a positive direction.
