The people of the Nnewi ancient town is set to hold its annual convention in Massachusetts this year, 2022.
This year’s convention is billed to be a memorable one following the hiatus occasioned by the COVID 19 epidemic that turned the people’s way of life upside down.
Nnewi people pride themselves as homeward-thinking people wherever they may be. They organize and form thriving progressive development agents, both human and materially.
Nnewi people are adept at collaborative relationship with other Igbo communities and the rest of Nigeria. They are not restricted by barriers of finding success beyond the shores of Nigeria because of their ability to also deploy Igbo ethos of ‘Can Do Spirit’.
No man or woman is considered successful among Nnewi indigenes until they have contributed to pushing people around them to rise to greater heights. The same spirit of charity extends to the development of the ancient homeland, Nnewi.
It is important to note that when people marvel at how strategic Nnewi and its people play in Nigeria and Africa in commerce, industry, and public service, they ought to be reminded that Nnewi people are the architect of their success with a negligible government input.
This year’s convention will strive to find the proper panacea of balanced development for the ancient city, Nnewi, and Igbo land, harnessing the wealth of the expertise of the Nnewi people in the United States of America.
The Nnewi USA INC convention is open to men and women of goodwill who have ideas on how to promote progressive development.
