The founder of Cutix Plc and pioneer Chairman of the Nnewi Body of Title Chiefs, Dr. Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike (Oziuzo-Nnewi) was called home by the Almighty God. His death occurred in the United States of America after a brief illness.
Engr Uzodike who was a man of many parts was so accomplished as an industrialist, a cultural icon, a great philanthropist, and a walking repository of knowledge.
Following his death which happened on June 7, 2024, the Uzodike family had formally issued a statement to confirm Ajulu’s death. Below is the official announcement by the Uzodike family:
With hearts full of love and joyful memories, we announce the passing of our wonderful son, husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather, Engr. Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike [Oziuzo-Nnewi]. He lived a vibrant life and left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
We invite you to join us in a celebration of his remarkable journey and birth into eternal life. Details about the funeral ceremony will be forthcoming.
