PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE 2022 POLICE RECRUITMENT COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT) FOR GENERAL DUTY CANDIDATES

The Anambra State Police Command wishes to announce to the public, particularly Anambra State indigenes that the scheduled date for the commencement of the 2022 Police Recruitment Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the qualified general duty candidates is slated to take place between the 5th and 6th of March 2024.

The Computer Based Test CBT will be held at the following designated centers;

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University E- Libary (COOU) CTR II, Igbariam, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam.

Grafil Computers Limited, Grafil House High Tension Road, Opposite Thrillers, Aroma, Awka.

Qualified candidates are expected to come with their CBT slip and any other document required in the online application portal and the candidates are advised to visit the recruitment portal; https://www.apply.policerecruitment.gov to ascertain their status, centres, date, and time for their CBT. It is important to note that the CBT is strictly for general duty candidates while a date and time will be communicated for the specialist candidates through official channels.

To this end, the Commissioner of Police CP Aderemi Adeoye while congratulating all successful candidates who qualified for the CBT test stage, reiterates that the recruitment exercise is free and orders close security monitoring of the exercise in the designated centers in the State to avert any untoward situation or unforeseen development.

Finally, candidates are hereby advised to be of good conduct and not to engage in any form of examination malpractice, as anyone caught will be arrested, investigated, and prosecuted accordingly.
