Some members of the 1980 Class of Okongwu Memorial Grammar School Old Boys Celebrated at B Robinson Coffee House

Following the funeral ceremony of the late Mrs. Edokwe, the mother-in-law of Nnamdi Agbasi, several of his class mates from OMGS joined him to commiserate with the inlaws at Mbanagu, Otolo, Nnewi, the Old Boys agreed to allow him to extend the hosting.

Nnamdi Agbasi requested that he would like to extend an exclusive hosting of the available Old Boys on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at B. Robinson. Some of the Old Boys who came from different cities could not stay because of conflicting schedules.

The get-together turned out to be a great reunion. Many who had stipulated that the lunch should not go beyond two hours ended up hanging out for more than five hours.

While a date had been slated in August to meet again, the Old Boys raised several issues they would look into during the August hangout.

Many of the Old Boys, such as Lou Okwumuo (Natty), Rev. Dr. Alex (Walaka), and Samuel Okafor (Samkafor), joined the party via video. Several others called in.
