The Chairman/CEO of COSCHARIS GROUP Of COMPANIES LTD, Dr. Cosmas Maduka has revealed that at the age of 15, he promised himself that at 25, he would have made 5 Major Achievements in life. He made this clear last Sunday at St. Mark’s Anglican Church Nnewichi, Nnewi, during the 2025 Annual Singles and Mingles Youth Fellowship of the church with the theme: “THE OVERCOMERS GENERATION”
Expressing his gratitude for the huge turnout, the energetic and vibrant man of God stated thus: “I can see that the gallery and everywhere is filled up. I have never seen this type of crowd in Nnewi before.” On the five major things he promised to accomplish before 25 years, he enumerated them as: “Number One, I promised to be living in a 3 bedroom apartment by age 18. Secondly, I promised to take a lady to the altar by age 20. Thirdly, to have a male child at age 21. Fourthly, to own a car at age 23 and to become a millionaire by age 25.”
Dr. Maduka who revealed that he accomplished all these, some in record time, further stated that at the age of 24, not 25, he made his first two million United States Dollars. Whereupon the entire congregation went wild in joyful jubilation and resounding applause. Dr. Maduka earlier on, stated that he had to do a lot of scheduling and rescheduling to make it to the program and that if he were to be in another place right now and not there, it would have been out of God’s will for him. He, therefore, pointed out that his coming for the program was not an accident, but what has been ordained before the foundation of the world.
In his words: “I am at the right place at the right time, with the right people.” Digging deeper into his message, the erudite and versatile Billionaire said: “When God created Adam, He put him in the garden to cultivate, dress and to keep it in order. Man cannot create land. So the one thing that God gave man was land. That is why land is called Real Estate. It is the only estate that is real. No other estate is real.
That is why when you build a house and the house gets burnt, the land remains. When you make money, invest in real estate, because it is the only estate that is real. God put 15 Billion Cells in the brain of the average man, but none of us have been able to use 12% of what God put there. If you are able to use up to15%, you are a Genius, you become Supernatural and Extraordinary. Everything God created is original, man only copied what God created. For instance, when man wanted to manufacture a car, he looked at the horse. The horse, like the car has four legs and under the legs of the horse are the hoofs which are the tyres of the car. The two eyes of the horse are the two headlamps of the car. All the internal objects in the car are the interior organs of the horse. The exhaust pipe of the car, is the poopoo of the horse. Since man cannot create blood, he invented Engine Oil and Fuel to lubricate and power the car.
God created the birds of the air and the Eagle to soar so that man can understand that it is possible to fly and that is how man invented the aeroplane.” Going philosophical, he posited that: “The only thing that is worse than death is a life without purpose. It is better to be dead and remain dead than to be living and not know why you are living.” Continuing he said: “People ask me why I’m so smart? The truth is that I’m not smart. I never passed the four walls of a Primary School beyond elementary three. My father died when I was four years old and I was not the first son. If you think you have any reason not to be successful, you don’t have a better reason than myself. There are many of you with School Certificate. I don’t have any Certificate of any type. I was 14 years old when I came in contact with the Bible. The Bible is the Book that contains the Secrets of life and unlocks heaven.
What I did as a youngman and still doing today as an older man is to apply the Principles written in the Bible. If you want to be successful in life, learn Principles from the Word of God. You don’t make money from praying and fasting, you make money by obeying the principles that are in the Word of God. Try to create an intimate relationship with your Creator and delight yourself in His Word and He will give you the desires of your heart. I don’t care what you desire, God will give it to you.”
It was a very inspiring and heartwarming meeting, and at the end of it, the audience, which mainly comprised of youths and students from various secondary schools and Higher Institutions, were greatly blessed. There was an open invitation from the host, Venerable Arinze Anene, for him to come back again this year to continue with the ministrations.
