With reference to the Suit No: FHC/AWK/CSC/150/2024
We the applicants in the above name suit number standing tall and alive in the Federal High Court Holden in Awka wish to bring to the General public via the media the acute intimidation and torment by the 5th, 6th, and 7th respondents at the behest and instigation of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents on a genuine Land Transaction belonging to us. It is worthy to note that the 2nd respondent is Obi Nnewichi who fails to understand that his intimidating actions against us are indeed without a doubt seen as ‘man’s inhumanity to Man,’ and it is evil.
