The people of Nnewi we’re amazed that a gun man or men fired several rounds of ammunition as several eye witnesses testified.
This happened within the very heart of the famous Nkwo Nnewi market, at the Okigwe Oba express section known as ‘Ugwu akpati ozu’ The shooting caused the people going about their businesses to scamper for safety.
An eyewitness who craved anonymity said that a man walking a cow was killed as he sustained a bullet wound.
