- Anambra commissioner attributes APGA victory to citizens appreciation of Gov, Soludo developments agenda.

Chief Patrick Aghamba the Anambra state commissioner of sports and youth development has noted that the last weekend overwhelming victory of APGA in all the twenty one local government in the state was an indication of people of the state appreciation of Gov.soludo developments agenda.
Stating this while speaking to newsmen immediately after the declaration of Chief Chukwuemelie Ibekwe the mayor elect as well as other councilors for Onitsha North LGA by ANSEC returning officer Mr. Nnamdi Nweke at Onitsha north LGA secretariat, Aghamba who further stated that he was not surprised on the outcome of the election as he is sure that going by multitude of people who trouped out to vote with enthusiasm ,came out because of what they have seen Gov Soludo is doing in the state.
Said he, “Anambrarians troup out to vote because they have seen a lot of developments agenda that are emanating in every corner of the state, they have seen that Gov Soludo is touching every aspect of the state development, the people are happy that is why they came out in large numbers to express their support for good things that is happening in the state”
On opposition boycott of the election, he said the development is comical and laughable stressing that the opposition withdrew because they know that they have nothing better to convince the masses to leave a performing platform adding that the opposition where overwhelmed with Gov. Soludo wonderful performances in the state.
Also speaking during the voting proper at one of the polling centres “Ezechima Primary School Inland Town Onitsha, Chief Edward Igbuzo Anambra State commissioner of transport, Hon Mimi Azikiwe member representing Onitsha North I in the Anambra State House of Assembly, Sir Okwy Maduekwe APGA Chairman of Onitsha North all hailed the massive turnout of voters despite that they where not given any inducement adding that this alone showed that the people are happy with APGA and the state governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo who they described as a game changer in terms of delivery of developments in the state.
