Nnamdi Kanu condemns alleged Villa shooting

Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu on Monday criticised the alleged shooting outside the Presidential Villa recently.

The IPOB leader, in a statement by his Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, said that the shooting shows that the cabal cannot be controlled.

Although President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered an investigation into last Thursday’s security infractions leading to gunshots reportedly fired around the State House in Abuja, Kanu said the incident showed that the cabal had lost control.

He noted also that there was a lot of carnage in different parts of the North without anybody saying anything about them.

“People are only interested in 2023 presidency without facing the truth about what’s going on in the country.

“A race that cannot stand up to call a spade a spade has deep psychological flaws. This is one of the key deficiencies of black African people, our inability to speak and defend the truth.

“Rather than faffing about and peddling a false narrative, it ought to be stated forcefully that Aso Rock is empty and cannot be controlled and no amount of spin doctoring of the news will hide this fact.”

He said that an independent Biafra nation would have no diplomatic relationship with any nation that supports lies.

“We cannot have a nation that prefer lies to the truth as an ally. Those that prove themselves unreliable and untruthful in times of moral crisis cannot be trusted to make good partners in times of peace.”
