Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation has again splashed one million Naira on elderly persons in the four quarters of Nnewi.

In the package a total of forty beneficiaries from the industrial town got twenty thousand Naira each, with each community of Otoloi, Uruagu, Umudim and Nnewichi produced ten beneficiaries each.

The annual support program for the elderly which has been on for a while was sponsored by Mr Izunna Chukwuma Mmirioma Nnewi Ofotigburudilo 1 Anaedo) who is a frontline member of Omepuruchukwu Charity foundation.

The South African based Ofotigburundilo 1 Anaedo is a businessman from Inyaba Umudim in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State..

Mr Chukwuma while speaking on the intervention said that it is imperative for the affluent individuals to use their wealth to positively impact the society especially the elderly who are old and fragile.

“It’s nice to acquired landed properties, exotic cars, make mouth watering Investments, build mansions, but the most important thing is the number of people benefits from the accumulated wealth.

“For me, being rich is by the grace of God, it’s neither by power nor wisdom, every rich person should know that riches come from God, giving to the elderly is my own way of thanking God for His grace and mercies on me.” He said.

Mmirioma Nnewi said as a matter of fact that giving to the needy in the society is far better than giving offerings and tithes in the church noting that there is joy in giving than receiving.

Mr Chukwuma pointed out that acquiring properties in all the thirty six States in Nigeria and Abuja FCT Nigeria and even beyond is good but added quickly that at the demise of an individual, all the wealth and accumulated properties will not be useful to the owner.

“All a person is entitled to, is one room and one seat in the car, which will later be sold when the person is no more. For me, I believe that humanity is the greatest and putting smiles on the faces of people especially the needy is a way of distribution of wealth for better life for all and sundry.

“My advice to the affluent individuals in the society is to always use their wealth to positively impact the needy around them which I know it’s an investment with great rewards from God, besides, it is more blessed to give than to receive.” He asserted.

Mr Chukwuma while commenting on Chief Nicholas Echezona Nsoedo’s philanthropy said that Omepuruchukwu Anaedo humanitarian work is a calling.

He pointed out that Chief Nsoedo started philanthropic interventions way back in South Africa as he accomodated and helped people out there effortlessly which resulted in the people in South Africa gave the title of “Igwe Ndi-Nnewi na South Africa”

Chief Chukwuma said that he is not surprised the much Omepuruchukwu Anaedo has been able to achieve with Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation in Nigeria.

He described Omepuruchukwu Anaedo as a humble and jolly fellow who is happy putting smiles on the faces of the downtrodden even as he encouraged his to continue the good works and keep the flag of humanitarian gesture flying.

A beneficiary of the gesture for the elderly, Mrs Grace Maduka thanked and prayed for Mr Chukwuma and CEO of Omepuruchukwu Charity foundation.

Recall that Omepuruchukwu Anaedo has led his group on prison visitation many times in the short years of existence of his foundation, giving hope to the inmates that their condition and situation is not the end of the world.

Mr Nsoedo does not only go on prison visitations to preach to the inmates, he always gifted them with mouth watering materials including cash which are deposited officially with the officials of Correctional Centers,” he noted.

Omepuruchukwu Anaedo is not only interested in the poor and the less privileged, he is committed to ensuring that couples are living in harmony, it is an axiom that most of the frictions observable in many homes are usually caused by economic factor, but he normally step in and offered his giant widows’ might which is always enough to give the troubled home a new beginning.

Many people are into humanitarian services because of hidden aspiration to contest for political offices, but Omepuruchukwu Anaedo’s empowerment scheme actually started long time ago when he was assisting people in the far away South Africa, where he was for sometime.

He was a father figure for many Nigerians in South Africa as he used his hard earned resources to stabilize the troubled persons including Nigerians and other nationals.

Since his return home, he has not shied away from the ‘ministry’ and vision to all intents and purposes is committed to him by the divinity.

Chief Nsoedo has been doing all that and so much more before the birth of Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation.

The Foundation has helped resuscitate many ailing businesses, take care of many elderly people in the society irrespective of Creed tribe and tongue.

His egbu -Umuenem Otolo-Nnewi family compound in Anambra State is always a place of succor to the weary because of the assurance that once a needy sets eyes on Chief Nsoedo, the case is settled.

Omepuruchukwu Charity Foundation’s aim is to bring like minds together in a platform that will act as a vehicle in promoting, projecting and providing help and assistance in our societies especially for less privileged.

The platform is apolitical, nonpartisan or governmental organization. It’s purely set up for charitable purposes.

Mr Nicholas Echezona Nsoedo has a guiding philosophy that “Life is good when I am happy, but much more better when others are happy because of me, humanity is our religion.”
