The Chief Medical Director of NAUTH, Associate Professor Joseph Ugboaja, was given a surprise party organized by the Crown Prince with a few of his friends.
Of course, this was masterfully done by the Crown Prince, who drafted some of the NAUTH’s staff to help make the scheme a success.
While toasting the NAUTH CMD for good health and prosperity, Dr. Obi Orizu used the toasting ceremony to eulogized the Associate Prof Ugboaja for the transformation has caused at the permanent site of the Nnamdi AziKiwe University Teaching Hospital.
The Crown Prince prayed God “to keep Ugboaja well-grounded so that all the vision he proposed for the hospital and more were accomplished in his time, because Ugboaja is a man embodied with extra ordinary talent, dexterity, and unselfish about bequeathing a sustainable legacy to propel the institution to the apex”.
The CMD thanked the few friends the Crown Prince gathered for the intimate ceremony, and requested that they obliged him the opportunity to decorate the Police Unit Commander assigned to NAUTH who was promoted recently to an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).
The CMD and Dr. Obi Orizu jointly decorated the officer whom Ugboaja commended for “the gallantry through all the sensitive assignments he had undertaken on behalf of the country for which he had been rewarded with this deserved promotion”.
The newly promoted officer expressed his gratitude to Nigeria, the CMD, and every one who witnessed the ceremony. He reaffirmed to double his effort to ensure that he and members of his unit discharge their duties without fear.
Some of the personalities at intimate ceremony were the C-MAC NAUTH, Associate Professor, Ezejiofor, Professor Victor Madubuto, CEO of Moonshine Apartments, Arch Paul Ileka, Solid Base, Chief Odiye Ojukwu, Prince Adam Orizu, Hon Martin Okafor, Hon Uzo Ulasi, and Dr. Ezeakukwu Emmanuel Nsoedo, etc.
