Prince Chuka Orizu has expressed overwhelming appreciation and satisfaction to the people of Nnewi on the success of 2026. Afiaolu Nnewi festival and described Nnewi as a peaceful town.
Prince Orizu said he made it to 2026 AFIAOLU Festival after about four years and has no regrets.
“I am impressed about this year’s Afiaolu Nnewi. It’s highly commendable and significant to see the four quarters of Nnewi uniting as one annually for this all important brotherhood festival. I make bold to say it’s quite spectacular. After missing Afiaolu for the past four years owing to my busy schedules, I am happy to witness it today. I thank God for the clement weather , the ambiance of Nkwo Nnewi triangle in accommodating Otolo, Uruagu, Umudim and Nnewichi. It truly shows we are one peaceful people”.
” I pray for good health and strength on our royal father, H.R.H Igwe, Dr. K.O.N Orizu III and progress in Nnewi. Indeed, I am proud of Nnewi”.
Prince Orizu admonished all sons and daughters of Nnewi to remain peaceful and continue to be one formidable force because Nnewi is always a term and point of reference to the other towns and nations.
He encouraged ndi Nnewi to be their brothers keeper and to shun any act capable of disintegrating them.
